I read a document and spot technical errors (i.e. errors related to a particular field of study, for example how to do citation, sample size determination, and information inconsistencies between parts of the document), writing art errors (for example sentence length, punctuation, and formatting), and English language errors (for example spelling and grammar), and I suggest the necessary improvements (in track changes and comment boxes) for the client to consider for the betterment of the document quality. I work on a 12 points font size and 2 points line space Microsoft word document. I read both the printed hardcopy and the softcopy.
