This is Nesreen, a lady with a great passion for administrative-related roles. Have been always into hospitality and customer-related work. I have worked for 10+ years in well-known hotel brands e.g Marriott and Ritz Carlton. I have started from the very beginning as a receiving hostess and got promoted to higher positions in a matter of no time, I became a Room service trainer. I got a cross-training course powered by Marriott international which enabled me to join the rooms division and in few years I become in charge of the Customer service department. I was very lucky to professionally raised in such an international fast-paced environment. I have been assisting senior-level executives for years now which taught me a lot of challenging parts of this role as PA to owners, founder, and Managers.
