-Working at Magnom Logistics as HR Recruiter/Business Partner (Nov-2016-Present) Suez-Egypt
- Completed working on 5 projects as a Recruiter and HR Business Partner with (NMDC,VANoord,Deme,Reliance,Jan de nal ) and my main responsibilities were as following:
- Work with company CEO, Project Manager and HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
As creating operation system to support our business strategy thru creating site hierarchy (Project Manager, Site Engineer, Site Admin and Accountant) in order to achieve company goals.
-Direct all hiring and training procedures for current and new employees.
Coordinating with other departments to Evaluate KPI’s for employees and arrange training programs according that fits with company strategy
- Provide guidance and interpretation on HR policies and standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity; We did salary survey for all companies in the same industry in order to know their compensation program and benefits provided in order to reduce the turnover rate in the organization. And creating reward/punishment programs in order to make sure that employees are productive and effective
- Managing teams and dealing with clients to deliver needed service aligned with our strategic and operational HR plan for each business supported and ensuring our policies & procedures are with align with the company plan.
- Handling the Budget of any project with the financial team and project manager to ensure its’s aligned with financial plan that were set for each project.
