• Program and coordinate technical activities between support staff and customer’s personnel.
• Manage, lead, supervise and control of contract commitments for Hw and support services
• Elaborate yearly and monthly budget and financial report related to support services.
• Provide technical assistance to Project Management department
• Identify and provide key information to the Account Manager to promote new business.
• Plan and to pursue KPIs to improve customer services
• Be the main contact person for service delivery needs
