My main goal is to always deliver my best service to any client I am working with. I worked as a customer support. My job includes cold calling, and answering calls and emails from different customers/clients. I also know how to schedule appointments, email management, encoding and research.
I am very familiar with using all the Microsoft Office, Google products, Canva, Zoom, Capcut, Slack,etc., which I know is an advantage in this line of job.
I am very good at taking care of customers. My aim in the role will be to ensure excellent customer service standards. I know Quality Customer service is important because it sets your business apart from competitors. It can make people loyal to your brand, products and services for years to come.
As a Customer Service Representative for 3 years, I must say that I have excellent Customer
Service skills. I am very adaptable in different kinds of situations. I know how to handle any type of customer and give them a positive work attitude. I can provide a good quality service and maintain good relationships with customer.
