- Function in a highly professional manner, maintain confidentiality while prioritizing workload to respond to routine and urgent requests of the Manager and staff.
- Organize and carry out work responsibilities with strong organizational skills effectively under pressure of deadlines, difficult situations, interruptions and new or emergency conditions.
- Assist Management in all meetings, take notes and make MoMs (minute of meetings, coordinate meetings, networking events, conferences and other professional meets.
- Conduct research, perform analysis and prepare presentations for management, sales, marketing and other client business meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- Assist Management teams to develop, maintain and oversee online content through a variety of multimedia platforms.
- Assist Management teams to create company literature and other forms of communication.
