Inventory Control for a family-owned masonry supply store. Managing the purchase orders, receiving shipments into inventory, and coordinating with Accounts Payable to ensure that vendor invoices are correct. Working with the owner and the manager at our second store, we make sure that supplies are ordered to meet the demands of our customers. Collaborating with the sales manager and the yard crew to ensure that inventory is maintained, orders are processed, customer payments are received, and deliveries are prepared in a consistent manner. Engaging with customers about our different products and making sales. Assisting our Drivers to work with the Purchase Orders from our customers are Invoiced and scheduled for delivery. With the Sales team, I also take orders and payments over the phone and maintain security and privacy for our customers. Remote access to work from home and travel to secondary location to drop goods. Organize and clean the storefront and storage areas.
