I'm a Linux Administrator Specialist with 2 years of experience.
My role is to provide the day-to-day support on the server like
administration, maintenance, upgrade of OS, supporting
Hardware problems co-ordination with Vendors, performing
Security related controls and checks. Upgrade and Maintain
OS Versions. My responsibilities include managing calls like
production Node, Domain controller down, File system
corruption on production server and production major H/W
failure, RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission.
I am also involved in Planning and implementing fixes /
Patches Escalation of Disk management task on production
system from L2 team. I Analyse Problems & escalate to
appropriate Levels. I work with Change & Problem
Management Tools and create regular reports for
Management requirements. When required I perform Root
Cause Analysis for the incidents and identify and recommend
improvements to existing processes.
