In Barwaqt, I was tasked to collect the loan which was provided to the customers for a given period of time. One day before the due date, I was tasked to call the customers and inform them of the benefits if they they pay today, and help them to repay via their android phones. This job required the art of persuasion, because I was tasked to collect the amount of the loan one day before the due date. I was given a specific amount to collect for the day(more than 500k rupees), and I had to collect 40 percent to achive my target, and I did that easily, thanks to my skills to overcome problems, time management and planning.
