With over 3+ years in the BPO industry, I have learned the importance of customer service and how integral good service is in the day to day life of an individual. With the change in the dynamic of technology, most services are being offered virtually, great customer service should become perpetual with these changes and should remain so. I have had the privilege to be immersed in multiple lines of business that have made me truly adept in providing amazing service as well as how to lead to success.
During my tenure in the industry I have maneuvered Hard Sales, Reservations, Record Retrieval, Collections and recently leading a team of customer service agents to great heights. Preparation, organization, focus, communication and punctuality is how I maneuver each day to aim to make it better than the last. Being commercially aware is a skill I never knew I needed but never regretted gaining, it emphasizes the importance of Client Relations and how vital maintaining that relationship is to ensure proper communication that leads to nothing but growth. 'We Obsess about our Clients" is a motto I will never forget.
