I founded and scaled my own remotely run recruitment business for 8 years, where I had over 80+ contractors working under my company brand and as a support team of 10. We were based in various parts of the world, so I am very comfortable with working from home and in different time zones.
I have published two books called Scaling Up Simplified and Hiring Method Simplified and developed an online program called Hiring Method Simplified program, that helps remote business owners take their business to the next level by building remote teams, developing systems, growing their business and freeing their time.
I have first-hand experience with many of the struggles that small businesses may face having started and scaled my own business.
I am very familiar with how to use many software platforms, CRM systems, recruiting, and hiring software. In my program, I partnered with software companies where I demonstrated how to automate a remote business. I am also very familiar with how to Kajabi.
I am extremely organized and detailed oriented, ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated. I would treat your businesses with the same level of respect, care, and love as I would treat my own, understanding how hard is to start and run a successful business and more importantly the struggles that small business owners face when starting the hiring process.
I am a UK citizen but currently based in Thailand. I could start immediately. I am comfortable being based in SE Asia and working any time zone required, my previous business was based in the UK and for the most part, I was based in SE Asia and India.
