I thrive in fast-paced environments—especially remote ones—and I love helping people while keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn a lot of hats. As a Store Manager and Sales Advocate at Cricket Wireless, I led teams, met (and beat) sales goals, and made sure every customer walked away with a great experience. Before that, I supported clients as a Customer Service Representative at Maximus, helping people navigate complex healthcare systems with patience and care. I even got my start as a cashier at Walmart, where I learned the value of staying calm, friendly, and efficient no matter how busy it gets.
I’m very comfortable working with tools like Zoom, Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Google Workspace, and I’ve got a few certifications under my belt in remote work, Excel, and digital tools. I enjoy learning new systems and finding better ways to get things done.
