In addition to pursuing a Bachelor's degree in ISE from (JSSATE), Bangalore, I have pursued my career in the field of Operations, Trust & Safety & Social Media Policy , I am thankful for the opportunities that have come my way. In organizations such as Amazon, LinkedIn, and Bytedance, I've had the opportunity to work with a curious group of people who share a common thirst for information and the ability to learn, and I've thoroughly explored the fields of operations, product policy management, and trust and safety, and I believe I'm ready to move on to the next challenging position. I'm also excited to improve my interpersonal skills, especially in public speaking, team management, project planning, and communication and leadership.
My current position as a senior research analyst at Taskus, allows me to better understand the complexities of research methodology, observation, and narrative analysis. For example, I helped the social media company Twitter with background research on farm bills and farmer support in India. I spent a lot of time collecting and arranging relevant data from various social media sites, as well as fact checking.
My previous professional experiences as a member of Bytedance's legal emergency response team and as a grievance officer for UGC-based applications Tiktok, Vigo Videos, and Helo have equipped me with strategic planning and handling operations, multi-tasking, cognitive versatility, learning and implementation, problem solving and analytical skills, research and documentation.
