I have been a Customer Service Associate in Bank of Commerce for almost
seven years now, and a Sales Associate in Mitsubishi Motors Philippines
Corporation as my previous employer for eight months in Cagayan de Oro
City. As a Customer Service Associate, I honed my skills in providing
customer service through active engagement for each client I spoke with. I
have gained key experience and knowledge in customer relationship
management, banking product sales strategies, and general operational
leadership. Performing a full range of customer account tasks, including
opening and closing of accounts, cash/check deposit and withdrawals, various
fund transfer transactions and remittances, and handles outward clearing
operations. I have developed cash handling skills and accurately completing
cash and check transactions on a daily basis. I also I take pride in conducting
myself in a professional manner when representing a company.
With my experience in the banking industry, combined with my inherent
