I am a BSc. (Hons) Management graduate with a Second-Class upper and planning to start my MSc. this year. Also, I am a certified Internal auditor for ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, SA 8000 (Standard for Social Accountability which address concerns of employees, sub-contractors & onsite service providers.) & OHSAS 18001 from SGS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. as well. I am planning to get certified as a Lead Auditor during this year. Currently, I am working at Bileeta (Pvt.) Ltd. as Business Development Executive. Mainly I'm involve in international tender businesses. Coordinate with local government & private sector institutes on business development activities. Supplier evaluation is also a key part of the job role. When I work as the Asst. Manager Admin & Business Development at Sentryz Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., I have experience in providing overall HR support in Recruitment, Selection, Hiring, Conduct Trainings, Performance Monitoring & Analyzing on KPI basis. And documentation, presentation material creation, client training material preparation as well as conduct trainings for clients. Apart from those HR & Admin related works, I am engaged in policies, procedures and SOPs development as per the compliance standards. (ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 mainly) and also conduct trainings for clients on ISO and social standards. Also, I am engaging in digital content creation and social media marketing for the clientele, control all confidential and proprietary information released on behalf of the company. During my working period at Manaco Marine Private Limited, as the Business Development & Admin executive, I engaged in all admin & HR related works representing Admin part of my job role. Apart, I was working with my superiors in researching new business opportunities in the industry. I was working as the secretary to the CEO as well. At Manaco, I was the person who was maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 standard for Quality Management system of the company. Analyze gaps by conducting periodic audits, coordinate with external parties for external audits, support all the departments to find corrective actions to non-conformances and implement them. During my career at DIMO as the Compliance Officer, Kaisha Kaizen Consultancies as Executive Sustainability & Compliance & Manaco Marine Private Limited as Business Development & Admin Executive, I was working as an Internal auditor. Planning, Organizing, Conducting, Reporting & following up corrective actions were some of the main duties I performed in Compliance side. Apart from above, at DIMO, all the CSR activities under DIMO name were conducted by my department; Compliance & Stakeholder Interactions. I was a main coordinator in these projects. Therefore, I have a very good exposure in organizing, people managing & executing of environmental & social projects as well. I am a highly motivated individual who wish to take responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
