At my present position as an HR Coordinator at Rapipay Fintech Pvt. Ltd. I am responsible for all HR activities for the Central & East Zone including Recruitments, PMS, PIP, Employee engagement, R&R & Employee Grievance. I consistently matched candidates with jobs to fit their needs and experience while providing the best candidate to the company. I regularly conducted interviews with candidates, making them feel confident and realistic about what job and salary they could expect based on their previous experience.
