Basic Job is to ascertain the validity, reliability of the various items appearing on the financial statements. i.e. Trial balance and General Ledger and Balance sheet . Responsible for the accounting packages& reconciling the general ledger with the Sub ledger. Preparation and Reconciliation of books (monthly/semi/quarterly /annual). Reconciliation of books of accounts. Preparation of vouchers, data punching in TALLY. Preparation of Income Tax return. Booking of invoice in AP and raising of invoice in AR Preparation of ledger, BRS, reporting, Accruals and prepayments. Preparation of ledger, trial Balance, Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Account. TDS and GST filing. Capitalization processing. Expertise in Using FAMS and Tally ERP 9and DOS. Fixed Asset & Depreciation calculation. Assisting in Finalization of annual accounts. End to end accounting particularly in statutory compliances like TDS, GST. Assisting and explaining the process to external Auditors.
