Cover Letter/Profile Dear Prospective Employer My name is Sinethemba Phongolo. I am currently 25 years old. I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I'm a native English speaker with operational online English teaching experience from Pangea Outsourcing Company and The Really Great Teacher Company. I also have experience as a freelance article blog writer for a company called Passion Studios FZCO where I write on various topics based on SEO principles. At The Really Great Teacher Company my duties involved facilitating online English lessons towards adult foreign clients. The classes were conversational in nature and geared towards improving proficiency and fluency of speech within our clients. From Pangea I also learned how to test and grade my clients in order to review their progress. Personality-wise, I consider myself an outgoing and sociable person with an amiable and accommodating disposition. My hobbies include reading and writing, watching films and sports and taking long reflective walks by myself. I had my basic education within the Western Cape Education Department (WCED) and subsequently studied and obtained bachelors and honours degrees at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) and University of Cape Town (UCT) respectively. Within the workplace I am fairly diligent, persevere with the tasks I have been given and very conscientious of the workload/deadline structure and culture of the company. I generally have positive relations with colleagues and always strive to engender a positive attitude among them in pursuit of a comfortable and productive work environment. As of today, I have yet to be reprimanded and/or issued with warnings regarding my behaviour at work.
