Currently I am working in banking sector and my job responsibilities are , Sourcing, CV Screening, Conducting interviews,Recruitment, HR Operations ,Pre-Application form,Communication between Various departments joining formalities ,Employees Engagement activities. (Saturday Fun, Birthdays, Farewells, anniversaries, Events ) .
