As a project coordinator my main responsibility is updating and sending the project implementation tracker daily. I'm the one responsible for collecting data needed for updating the implementation tracker. I'm also handling the monitoring of the daily deployment of our subcontractors, updating and sending the daily accomplishment report to our client PLDT, scheduling and attending weekly meetings with client (PLDT), managers and subcontractors for updating status report of sites and also taking notes for the minutes of the meeting. Updating and checking other project monitoring trackers. Monitoring of used and needed materials for the project implementation.
