As a social media and community manager: I was in charge of creating content and posts for social media and creating post schedules, competitions and media to encourage player engagement. Responding to questions and comments made via facebook and Twitter, dealing with complaints and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner. I was charged with holding regular contests among players and distributing rewards to the winners. I created player guides and databases such as game wikis. I created artwork for the project's social media including puzzles, announcement graphics and videos. I handled all google play, App store and Amazon reviews for the game and documenting any feedback we received into efficient sheets for the client. I helped create and produce several promotional videos via script writing, video editing, sound editing and voice over. I also commentated on game tournaments during live streams. For several years I was a self employed artist that sold my own artwork and crafts at trade shows and conventions in Ireland, the UK and France. During this time I had to produce my products and crafts, I had to handle stock and budgeting spreadsheets and logistics I organized the stall and traveled to various locations around Europe. I had one on one experience dealing with customers purchases, monetary transactions and customer service. I also organized and participated in several Charity publications to raise funds for youth charities, animal shelters and children's charities.

During my time working with conventions, I also helped organize several events including charity work and for profit events. I worked as a public relations officer for Nom-Con Anime Convention in 2014. As a PR officer I submitted press release articles to the local newspaper advertising the event I MC’d the event on stage, running the main panels during the event and creating hype in front of large crowds. I went to various other events to advertise nom-con, handing out flyers and doing promotional activities to gain interest for the convention I organized sponsors and prizes for the event I organized photographers and journalists to cover the event

I worked as the Art Director for Akumakon Anime Convention in 2015 As Art Director, I created all the promotional artworks for the convention I created that years Mascot that was used to promote the convention I organized the artist applications for the trade hall and selected the artist that participated in the event I ran and judged the art competitions and organized the delivery of the prizes I designed and produced the Convention booklet and flyers, Convention passes and VIP Tickets, event signage and promotional banner.
