At GXO Logistics, I was responsible for quality control, returns and complaints, and inventory discrepancy reporting, which improved accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse operations.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Processing from Coursera, where I am learning how to handle complex and large-scale data sets, using tools and techniques such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
My previous roles at Burger King and Repsol also enhanced my customer service, team management, and project management skills, as I handled customer situations, supervised and led employees, and coordinated with internal teams to implement feedback and deliver services.
