I'm Stefania Roa Tellez Ditrani Seychell, and I've spent my career exploring the world (Spain, Italy, Malta, Colombia, Mexico, Israel, the Netherlands, Ireland, and China) and developing a deep understanding of the Internet industry. From my extensive international working experience, I've developed a proven track record in managing, and consulting Tier 1 clients, positively impacting teams, sealing strategic partnerships, and managing international projects.
During the past 20 years, I have helped companies, mainly in the Internet (Travel, E-commerce), Media, Fintech, and SaaS industry, grow their revenue from 5M to 18M and providing digital/sales strategies and consultancy in their transition into the cloud, UX, CX, data privacy & online digital strategy, SEO, brand reputation, online distribution,sustainability.
Throughout my career, I've honed a range of core competencies, including networking, negotiation, strategic partnerships, e-commerce, public speaking digital marketing, growth strategies, performance management, data analysis, team management, communication, and stakeholder management.
I'm excited to share my expertise with others in my role as a guest lecturer at the University of Malta.
I'm also fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Maltese and have intermediate proficiency in German.
I believe that in life you never stop learning, that's why I try to study something new every year.
Moreover, during my free time, I volunteer as a GGI Community Leader in Malta representing, connecting & supporting every kickass woman who has ever packed a bag and headed out into the world to see what would happen next.
