In the past, I've worked on various projects, both in Belgium and worldwide, including the streamlining of Talent Acquisition and Performance Management processes across continents, improving retention of new joiners by implementing an international onboarding programme, setting up employer branding campaigns and defining an EVP, or improving internal equity by analyzing existing salaries and benchmarks and proposing improvements.
"I can't do this" is a statement you will rarely hear from my mouth. Rather, I go with "I don't know how to do this yet, but let's figure this out". I like deep diving into new systems and technologies, exploring unknown subjects and learning from other professionals in the field.
