Am a very compassionate person who takes care work very serious because of the love and passion i have for the young adults who has challenges of various degrees by giving them the best care and support for them to have a wonderful sence of belonging and same goes to the aged people but their own approach is different from that of the young adults settings, this is because aged people are more fragile to handle because of their age and lifestyle they must have lived. So in this vain am very adepth to taking care and supporting them to the best of my knowledge so they can also have the concept that there's a happy life before and during ageing.
