Fifteen years experienced transcriptionist and medical scribe with the sound knowledge interpreting, transcribing and verifying dictations by physicians and/or other health care professionals regarding patient assessment, work-up, therapeutic procedures, clinical course, diagnosis, prognosis, etc; documenting patient care and facilitating delivery of health care services for inclusion in medical records. Excellent communication skills with very good in customer service and dealing with the problems. Strong PC skills like MS word, MS access, MS excel etc. and great typing skills. Great ability to transcribe, interpreting and verify the dictations.
