I graduated from Hult International Business School in Boston, Massachusetts, where I got my Master of Science degree in International Marketing and my Master of Science degree in Finance. Prior to my postgraduate degree, I achieved my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. There, I was part of an international non-profit organization, ENACTUS. I obtained the position of lead secretary and advisor to the president of ENACTUS on our campus. In my last year at Briar Cliff, we worked with women in Tanzania who made baskets and sold them so that they were able to make a reasonable profit. The year before, we helped them raise chickens and sell their eggs to the locals. This was a great learning experience for me and something I will always value as a person who wants to give back. I played soccer at a highly competitive collegiate level prior to attending Hult, playing for four years at two different institutions. I played soccer from a very young age in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Being scouted to come to play in America and get an education simultaneously, was just the dream for me.

- Responsible for extracting data from the casino's databases using MySQL and Snowflake. Perform in-depth analysis of customer data, including demographics, behavioral patterns, and preferences. - Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on the insights gained from data analysis. Create customer segments, develop personalized marketing messages, and determine the appropriate channels (email, direct mail, social media, etc.) for campaign distribution. Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize future marketing efforts. - Utilize MySQL and Snowflake to segment customers based on various criteria such as loyalty, frequency of visits, spending patterns, and demographics. Create customer profiles to understand different customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. - Use historical data and statistical modeling techniques to forecast future customer behavior and revenue. This forecasting assists in budgeting marketing initiatives, setting revenue targets, and optimizing resource allocation. - Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights on marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and financial performance. These reports will be shared with stakeholders to inform decision-making and measure the success of marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, legal, finance, and IT to gather requirements, share insights, and align marketing strategies with business goals. - Staying informed about the latest industry trends, advancements in database marketing, and emerging technologies. This helps identify opportunities for innovation and make recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.
