Basic Waiting Skills Course

Highly experienced at working alone or collaborating with a team, focused on performance goals, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Many years of customer service experience, both face to face and over the phone, driving an excellent customer experience as well as customer satisfaction.
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
Extensive knowledge of computer software and programs, with an excellent capacity to retain new information, learning quickly.
