Beyond an interesting interface, I also always seek balance between creating a great user experience, building technical viable designs and trying to achieve business goals. Reduce 30% of tickets in our help-desk related to user being confused with our platform. 2. Increase one of our features SUS from 45 to 85 3. Save R$35000/year with some adjustments in a flow that was leading one of our product flows to an unexpected error
