I’m not in school but I am studying for my license in insurance and health.I am a customer service rep with over 5 years of experience so I’ve experienced all the in’s and out’s of the industry. I’ve always had interest with working behind the scenes of customer service, however I’ve had the opportunity to expand my skills with customer service with my experience in call center work. Call center work has improved my customer service skills and took my ability to multitask to another level. Though I still seek opportunities to work behind the scenes, I’m always open to opportunities for individual work, team work, and more experience to improve my craft in customer service.
