During my theoretical courses, I acquired knowledge of the Fundament of Immunobiology, Methods in Molecular Biology and Physiology, the Fundament of Manipulating Genes, and Microbiology. While attending these courses I gained experience in working with ELISA, RIA, PCR, gel electrophoresis, Northern blot, and Southern blot. In the last year of my studies, I was a volunteer at the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering in the laboratory for Molecular Microbiology. As part of teamwork in the research of innovative properties of probiotic culture, I have gained practical experience in working with bacterial cultures here. This has helped me in further research and data analysis and make me more confident in laboratory work.
