I am a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business English and more than 3 years of working experience. Also, I have taken courses in Data Analytics especially SQL and data visualization, which have helped me develop the skills needed to work with data and analyze it effectively. I am also a quick learner and am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow. I am interested in the position of Online Data Analyst at TELUS because of the company's focus on using data to drive business decisions. I am excited about the opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to make informed decisions. My strong sides include my attention to detail, my ability to work well in a team, and my strong communication skills. Additionally, I have experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau to present data in a clear and concise manner, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and act upon. Processing orders: Fulfillment agents are responsible for receiving and processing orders from customers. This includes verifying customer information, checking inventory levels, and preparing orders for shipment. Shipping and tracking: Once an order has been processed, the fulfillment agent is responsible for packing and shipping the order. They must also provide customers with tracking information and ensure that orders are delivered on time. Inventory management: Fulfillment agents must keep track of inventory levels and ensure that there is enough stock to fulfill orders. They must also coordinate with suppliers to order new inventory when necessary. Customer service: Fulfillment agents are often the primary point of contact between customers and the company. They must be able to answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Reporting and analysis: Fulfillment agents may be responsible for generating reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and other metrics. They must also analyze this data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
