I have 10 years of customer service experience. Most of that experience is face-to-face. I also have experience in a high volume environment and have maintained the ability to keep calm in stressful situations. Recently I have gained remote customer service experience. I feel as though the many years of face-to-face customer service has really help accelerate my growth in online customer support. I started at my current company a year ago, tasked with basic chat support. In a year, I have taken on a multitude of responsibilities including fraud investigations, scheduling, transaction disputes, quality assurance, and have taken part in hiring interviews.
