Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Piping design and engineering with 12.7 years of total experience in Oil& Gas EPC Sector for Refinery, water & waste water treatment and Petrochemical for performing FEED, Piping design &engineering, Project Engineering, fabrication, execution, Turn over engineering and Pre-Commissioning activities.
Experience in conceptual Studies for front end Engineering, Preparation of Plot plan Preparation& checking of piping material & valve specifications, MTO for proposal from P&ID, Equipment & piping layout, Checking of Mechanical Data Sheet, 3D model review, Piping And supporting GAD, Squad check documents, Piping Isometrics, Special supports drawings, intermediate and final MTO from layout and isometric.
Review and acceptance of contractors ITP’s, Project progress look ahead, Site Engineering supports, Preparation and acceptance of Design change order and field change order Notice. Making of As built Drawings, Coordinate Erection of Piping. Preparation of work schedule and manpower allotment.
Engineering and Execution of various metallic and non-metallic pipes such as RTR, FRP, GRP, CPVC, etc.
Knowledge of Software’s and Codes and Standards: NAVISWORKS, SPR, Auto Cad, MS-Office. ANSI/ASME, ASTM, API, EN Codes, IS.

• Preparation and checking of Equipment layout, Piping layout, 3D model review, Nozzle orientation drawings, piping supports drawings, piping isometrics.
• Preparation and review of Data sheet, IDC, TQ and Piping MTO.
• Having experience in other technical skills such as Vendor Drawing Review, RFQ, Technical Liaison with Vendors, Interaction with Clients & Contractors, Coordination with other disciplines, Interdisciplinary review.
• Project engineering, Site engineering supports, Site coordination in piping fabrication, Piping execution and Testing. Had Saudi Aramco and SABIC Work permit Certificate.
