With regards to my suitability for this role, I recently worked for the University of Otago as an Online
Platforms Developer. This role involved the contribution of my digital knowledge to effectively
develop, guide and launch the CancerHub website. Carrying out background research and compiling
content. Development of online platforms for hosting genomic data and analysis tools.
Previous to this I worked for the Dunedin City Library as a Living Hub Host. This role involved the
contribution of my digital knowledge to effectively launch and guide the development of the Living
Hub. While also managing and ensuring the effective operation of the range of technologies available
in the Living Hub.
In addition, I worked as an HR Systems Support Administrator at the Royal Bank of Scotland
Headquarters in Edinburgh, working in a compact team providing systems administrator support for the
thousands of employees within the HR department of the bank. I was responsible for maintenance of
system integrity by ensuring that core data was set up and also upload data as required. Supporting HR
Operation processes by updating the department trees, core set up tables and contract maintenance. I
ensured systems were performing effectively for the end-to-end systems to deliver a robust, reliable
and risk managed service to all HR users.
