I’m Tobias, a half-Italian and half-German boy based in sunny Fuerteventura, Spain.
With over 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Care, now I’m looking for a new challenge.
My specialties lie in between Customer Care, Sales, Communication, and Customer Service. I also have experience as a translator and a language teacher, thanks to both being bilingual and having the ease to learn new languages. At the moment I speak Italian, German, English, and Spanish fluently, and definitely would love to increase that list in the future.
During my time working as a receptionist at RIU Hotel, I developed impeccable phone and speech manners, the competence to politely deal with difficult customers, and the ability to switch between languages without struggle.
