• Originally was hired to help manage and recruit from a very specific talent pool program the company had set up with one of our clients. • Successfully managed to develop several processes and procedures that made workflow fluidity stronger by eliminating irrelevant steps, and implementing key components into the direct sourcing and recruiting efforts. • Was appointed by one of the companies VP’s to spearhead a new direct sourcing program for every client which TAPFIN was the payroll provider for. o The Citizens Project (1 company/200 candidates) - the first task with TAPFIN that I was assigned to partake in. Project was handed-off from a Senior Project Manager within the company at 70% completion of structure and process. The talent pool for this specific program was restricted to candidates whom were either reduced by force from Citizens and retirees o The Melissa Project (35 companies/1200 candidates) -Appointed to me by a TAPFIN Vice President. I was responsible for structuring 90% of the project which would include but was not limited to; developing a daily workflow process, building spreadsheets to manage tracking of candidates and requisitions, configuring files/forms needed to represent candidates, composing templates for emails to expedite the sourcing and hiring process. Contract was ended due to COVID-19. During the last two weeks I was given the responsibility to train and develop a recruiter to ensure the employee would be able to comprehend and function efficiently within the program, while creating revenue directly from The Melissa Project.
