In the absence of the owners who lived abroad, I managed the office ensuring all billings (accounts payables and receivables) were in order via quickbooks. Scheduled engineers visits aboard the mega yachts. Liaised with mega yacht captains and crew daily via phone, email and in person on invoicing, processing payments and work to be done onboard.
