Key Contributions: Talent Outreach & Recruitment: Played a vital role in sourcing interns and programme support staff across multiple initiatives, leveraging interpersonal strength and keen instinct to attract passionate, capable contributors. Programme Facilitation & Art Education: Led and facilitated educational art programming—hands-on workshops through the A.R.M. Holding Children's Programme in collaboration with international artists across 90+ schools in the UAE.
