Hello My name is Ugur Kose. I am from Turkey. - I started to work as a part-time sales advisor in Lc Waikiki when I was a student at university. I worked for 3 years there and left this work after I graduated from university. - I started to work as a sales advisor at H&M in November 2013 and one year later I became a Department Manager in the Gaziantep branch in April 2016, I transferred to Iskenderun Park Forbes branch as the department manager. I had the chance to lead a great team. I control the daily visual, turnover, and commercial actions of the store, contact the head office and product management team, ensure that the necessary actions and product orders are placed, as well as take part in the necessary recruitment, and development of the team, and determining career goals. I left this work 9 years later because of an economic crisis and the company closed our branch. - I open a business (English Course) while I was working at H&M. I managed there for 5 months later I left English Course because of partnership problems (She want to quit this job and I was very new on this so we agreed to close course) - I worked as a translator for 2,5 years. I worked as a voluntary - I worked as an e-commerce manager at Ladybirds company. This company is our family company and I helped them to fix everything and then I left this position.
