In this company, I started my job as a customer support specialist, my responsibility was to handle live chat and receive calls, per day I had to chat with 150 clients on live chat and 60 to 70 calls, as well as I had to close 40 tickets. After one year I got a promotion and received a position of Senior Support. As a Senior Support, my duty was to handle Expert traders and resolved their issues. I was also helping our support department with education.
