Designed innovative strategies and tools aimed at increasing social awareness and scientific knowledge in the Colombian Caribbean region through Museo del Caribe. First regional museum in the entire country pioneer in leading the first national project in culture financed with royalty money up to 73 million euros invested. Planned and led the methodological, conceptual, budgetary and logistical design of the pedagogical strategy in various territories where through design prototypes people could solve their day-to-day problems. Organized its test pilot, socialization process, design prototypes and various workshops with the community in which 10.000 people benefited from the project.
