About

I'm an environmental chemist with Ph.D. in biotechnology, passionate about sustainability. I started my career at the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade (eight years). I continued my research work at the Faculty of Ecological Agriculture, Educons University, and in the private sector as a director and founder of an Environmental Consulting Agency (from 2018). Although my professional career continues in the academic sector, my true devotion lies in scientific consulting. In other words, I'm seeking to involve my gained knowledge in creating a synergy between two sectors, science and industry.

In my role as an environmental consultant, I have helped clients develop: ● environmental impact assessment studies, ● established sustainable waste management systems, ● identified sources of environmental contamination, ● soil and water contamination. My recent scientific consulting services: ● greenhouse gas emission calculations from land use, and land-use change (IPCC); ● temporal and spatial variation trend of land use and land cover change; ● the mycelium network’s ability to sequester atmospheric CO2; ● sustainable diet research; ● creating reliable, evidence-based posts for social media; and ● white paper - Analyzing Prospects for Side-stream Utilization in Alternative Protein Production.
