Psychologist trained since 2018 and I am proudly part of the LGBTQIAP+ community. My passion for Diversity is so great that in 2019 I took a Specialization in Diversity Management in Organizations at PUCSP.
I've been working in HR for a little over eight years and I've worked in different areas: Mobility, HRBP, Benefits, DP, Labor Relations and Training and Development. My passage in general was more Generalist, but today I'm more focused on Recruitment and Selection, mainly as a Tech Recruiter.
