Team leader/project manager in international non-profit organisation which specialises in hosting large international conferences and oversea tours. Notable projects included international conferences in Seoul, Korea (2000-3000 attendees flying in from Hong Kong, Taiwan and China). International conferences in Asia World Expo near HKIA (1000+ attendees). Sightseeing tours to Asia, Europe, US, UK, Israel etc. (40-50+ international participants). Cruise ship charters from Star Cruises (Superstar Aquarius -1000 passengers), Costa Cruises (Costa Victoria -2000 passengers) and Dream Cruises (Genting Dream -3000 passengers). As point person of contact for projects and team leader during event operations, my role covered diverse multi-lingual responsibilities including but not limited to: communicating with travel agencies, airlines, cruise companies. As middleman for communications between local staff and English speaking clients, I handled interpreting and translation for numerous business phonecalls, texts, emails and documents.
