As a virtual sales and support consultant in my previous role, my daily quotas were to make 120 calls per day. The reason for this target was to ensure that I was able to connect with a sufficient number of prospects and customers and provide them with the necessary support and assistance. While this may seem like a high number, it was achievable due to the efficient processes and systems that were in place, including the use of advanced CRM software and automated dialling tools. I found that having a specific target helped me to stay focused and motivated, and I was able to consistently meet or exceed my daily quotas. However, it was important to strike a balance between quantity and quality, and I always made sure to give each call the time and attention it deserved to provide a personalized and effective customer experience.
