My name is " Yasir Nazir ". I live in Lahore. It is the city of Pakistan. Almost 1 year before I have completed my last degree of BA in English Literature from punjab university. From the last 5 years I have been doing different jobs all the jobs I have done is about Customer service and sales. Currently I am working in inbound American call center named " Infinit connections ". I work there as a customer sales representative and Customer service representative as well. People of America call us and ask about getting new cable internet services, I assist them probe about the service they are looking then according to their needs I create a package for them.
Before that I worked in "Mindbridge" I worked over there as a Chat support specialist. My work over there is to solve the issues of the riders in delivering the food to customers. Most of the time I had to talk with vendors and customers to solve the issues. I worked for 6 months as a chat support Specialist then I promoted to Shift lead. After working 5 months more I get promoted to team lead so I do know pretty well about google spread sheets and Ms excel because as a team lead I had to check and balance on the quality of all the agents so I keep the records on spread sheet and given the access to all the team members so that they can check their mark downs.
I am very good in multi-tasking and have a strong command on English communication.
