About

I have more than 15 years of experience in handling and managing big data. Currently working as Deputy Director Data Management and Analysis. During my employment with TDEA, I managed and triangulated current and past data of elections in the country. I have Ph.D. degree in Economics from the Federal University of Arts, Science, and Technology, Islamabad. In addition to managing the observation data of the elections in the country, I also analyzed several social and economic surveys/indicators including the Pakistan Social and Living Standards Measurement (PSLM), Labor Force Survey (LFS) and the population census for business development.

To supervise Data Analyst(s) and GIS Expert and ensure that field reporting is converted into statistical analyses as well as geo mapping and timey shared with Reporting Unit. To provide the capacity and oversight to Data Analyst(s) for the robust and timely analysis of election observation data of all phases. To coordinate with Manager IT for finalization of reporting template on MIS as per defined observation forms/checklist developed by Capacity Building Unit.
