My work profile was to act as Financeiro (Account Clerk), to checks daily transaction reports of all branches and match job cards with computer reports.
Preparation of monthly sales reports and total sales summary reports, annually reports for all branches. And records of all types of monthly & annually expenses have to be prepared from all branches.
Checking the medical invoice with full details and sending these invoices exclusively to the medical group in hard copy with statement and maintain that records in MS Excel format.
And preparation of salary records, attendance records on a monthly basis and annual leave balance records about 52 employees.
