I am a Customer Support professional with an experience of more than seven years in Customer Support and Sales Management. I have been working in different fields, such as IT (web development, E-commerce, games, casino, and app development (IOS/Android)), Construction and design (BIM - Building information modeling), Medical (B2B2C platform for pediatric behavioral care, including pediatric autism). My position is - Client is first, everything else is second! - As a Customer Support Team Lead (Back Office Remote) at Elemy, I have served more than 200+ clients and have built a team of more than ten people. - I have been teaching new employees, even those unrelated to my role, helping clients and developing internal company processes, and writing the SOPs for each of them.
